DEPOSITS: All
reservations
require a deposit of ˝ the total value (minimum 1
night). Deposits may be made by credit or debit
card; MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards are
accepted.
RESERVATIONS: We can make changes to your
reservation (including cancellations) when you notify us more than 14
days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS:
A cancellation will be subject to a fee of
$25.00, which will be deducted from the amount to
be refunded.
At 14 days or less, changes or cancellation to the
reservation will result in a forfeiture of deposit
and cannot be transferred to future reservations.
Upon check-in, guests are responsible for entire
balance of contracted stay.
NOTES: Prices
are subject to change at any time prior to
confirmation of reservation from Wagon Trail
Resort. Please refer to our website –
www.wagontrail.com for
updated pricing and policy information. Room tax
of 5.5%, plus state & county tax of 5.5% apply to
all accommodation rates. Early Arrivals and Late
Departures will be subject to an extra night’s
rent.

For the safety and comfort of all
of our guests, and without exception, we must enforce the
following policies. There may be fines or
penalties associated with non-compliance:
1)
Please note: absolutely no pets allowed in any
accommodations or on the resort grounds. Failure
to comply with this policy will result in being
asked to leave, paying the remaining balance of
your stay, and a $500.00 damage fee.
2)
Tents are not permitted anywhere on the Resort
property (by town ordinance).
3)
Recycling is mandatory in our area, and we must
ask our Guests to assist us in this worthwhile
effort.
4)
Accommodations and public areas in the Main Lodge,
Cottages, and Vacation Homes are smoke free.
5)
Resort Quiet Time is observed at 11:00 pm.
We hope our Guests will appreciate and support

Wagon Trail, Inc. is not responsible for inclement weather, lost or
stolen articles, or mechanical failure that may
disrupt services. We reserve the right to
substitute any reserved unit with a comparable or
higher value unit if necessary.
